The Board of Selectmen held a special meeting on Friday, July 7, 2006 in the Mary Hawley Room, Edmond Town Hall, Main Street, Newtown, CT. First Selectman Herbert Rosenthal called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
PRESENT: First Selectman Herbert C. Rosenthal, Selectman Joseph Bojnowski
ABSENT: Selectman William Brimmer (on vacation)
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None present
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Selectman Bojnowski moved to approve the Road & Drainage Work Agreement, Oakview Road, Regency at Newtown, per Town Engineer memo dated 6/21/06, in the amount of $17,500. Motion seconded and unanimously carried.
Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
